There is a displaced fracture of the right orbital floor, which involved the infra-orbital canal. The fracture extends anteriorly where there is comminution as it extends to the inferior orbital rim and the adjacent anterior wall of the right maxillary sinus (blue arrows).
No herniation of the inferior rectus muscle or evidence of injury to the globe on soft tissue reconstructions.
