Right foramen transversarium fracture was noted on the prior case. The most proximal portion of the right vertebral artery near its origin is noted to be patent (A). There is abrupt occlusion of the vessel shortly after this point (B) and the vessel remains occluded thoughout the neck (C). Minimal opacification is present distally from collaterals.
