Case V5, part 3: Intracranial vasospasm
CTA images done post op following clipping of both aneurysms show multifocal vasospasm. This is particularly true of the ACAs as best demonstrated on sagittal MIPs (red arrows) as well as the bilateral, right > left, PCAs (blue arrows).
